Please be advised that products sold in our store are not eligible for a return or exchange, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Please make sure that the product fully meets your requirements before making a purchase.

Warranty Terms (for manufacturing defects)

We take full responsibility for manufacturing defects. If an item you purchased is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will provide a repair, replacement, or a full refund.

  • Warranty Period: The warranty period is listed in the product description and begins on the day the product is purchased.
  • Conditions: The warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper use or mishandling by the customer.
  • The warranty does not apply:
    • Physical damage (breaks, scratches, etc.).
    • Damage caused by liquid exposure or the use of an improper voltage.
    • Damage resulting from improper installation or use.

Steps:
  1. Please provide proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) and a detailed description of the issue (photos or videos are highly recommended).
  2. Our technical team will inspect the product to determine the cause of the damage.
  3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair the item, replace it with a new one, or issue a full refund within one week.
