SFP+ 10G J45

Transceiver (SFP+ module), model GC10GRJ45. This is a high-performance Copper SFP+ transceiver equipped with a standard RJ45 port. It allows converting a 10-Gigabit SFP+ slot on a switch or router into a standard 10G Base-T copper port. The module provides ultra-fast data transmission at 10 Gbps speeds using standard Cat6a or Cat7 network cables. Depending on the cable type, the connection distance ranges from 30 to 80 meters. It is ideal for connecting servers in Data Centers and upgrading existing copper infrastructure to 10-Gigabit speeds without the need for installing new fiber optic cabling.

The Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA) . They are compatible with the 10Gbase-T / 5Gbase-T / 2.5Gbase-T / 1000base-T standards as specified in IEEE Std 802.3 . It uses the SFP's RX_LOS(must be pulled up on host) pin for link indication. If pull up or open SFP's TX_DISABLE pin, PHY IC be reset.
