The Ubiquiti UniFi 6 Plus (U6+) is a compact and high-performance wireless access point that leverages modern Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) technology. The U6+ is a small dual-band WiFi 6 access point designed specifically for small facilities. The AP has two wireless modules – 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with integrated 2x2 MIMO antennas. The maximum combined wireless throughput supported is almost 3 Gbps ((2975.5 Mbps). The device is powered by PoE
The UniFi U6+ can broadcast up to 8 SSIDs. It fully supports 802.1q VLANs, so corporate and guest traffic can be completely separated for better security and better network performance.
The device is managed by the latest Ubiquiti UniFi Controller – a free software controller that can be installed on Linux, Windows, or Mac operating systems. The controller is also available as a ready-to-use hardware solution – the UniFi Cloud Key or UniFi Dream Machine.
The UniFi Controller allows you to manage and monitor a network of UniFi-compatible devices. The solution scales well from small SOHO applications to networks connecting virtually any number of devices.
