Transceiver (SFP module), model GC01GRJ45. Unlike standard optical modules, this is a Copper SFP transceiver equipped with a standard RJ45 port. It converts an SFP slot on a network device (switch, router) into a regular 10/100/1000Base-T Gigabit copper port. The module provides data transmission speeds of up to 1.25 Gbps over standard Cat5e or Cat6 network cables (UTP/FTP) for distances up to 100 meters. It is ideal for quickly and easily expanding the number of RJ45 copper ports on networking equipment.
