Heat shrink protective tube for optical fiber
Fiber optic passive component (accessory) — fusion splice protection sleeve, model Protective-sleeve-60-3-5. This is a 60mm long and 3.5mm diameter heat-shrinkable tube designed to protect the optical fiber fusion splice point from mechanical stress and environmental hazards (moisture, dust). It consists of a transparent heat-shrinkable outer tube, a hot-melt adhesive inner tube, and a stainless steel strength member for rigidity. It is widely used in Optical Distribution Frames (ODF), fiber splice closures, and FTTH network deployments.
